The location is amazing

The place in my opinion is not at all value for money The facilities that they have for sure it is not for a 4 star hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful when we had some questions to ask of them The location was close to the bus line and the rest of the public transport We were just around the corner from very good restaurants The breakfast was included and there was hot and cold breakfast which was actually good It is centrally located

Although it was centrally located our room faced the street so it was a bit noisy at night Definitely take your ear plugs This was minor in comparison with all the positives

Very unpleasant experience dingy rooms and moldy bathrooms holes in curtains window which can not be closed Very loud noise from outside No real willingness to help from staff Poor breakfast no vegetables only paprika

The location of the hotel

First of all our room wasn t ready for check in We had to wait until 3 30PM to check in The room was too small for 2 people to stay in The air conditioning wasn t working properly when we first arrived The toilet seat was too adjacent to the wall next to it Althought we have requested a high floor the check in counter put us on the second floor The staff were too overwhelmed and not friendly to welcome us or even listen to our requests The room phone cant call the reception or house keeping

Cleaners were noisy in the morning lack of slippers as floor was cold I could hear the Muzak in the room that was being played in the restaurant until about 11 pm

Location is good for seeing the city Pool is good for cooling off after a days sight seeing Staff at pool friendly

Walls are paper thin Noise from other rooms very bad Bar on roof is very expensive and they cant cater at busy times Room very small for three adults

Great hotel for a change of train

Cooked breakfast isn t great but lots of other lovely options

Location is amazing right in the centre Clean rooms with lots of amenities Very helpful guest relations

Bad noise insulation as we had very loud neighbours and could hear everything

The room was not ready and we had to be given a different room after waiting for 30 minutes Breakfast room is adjacent to kitchen where there was shouting between staff
