Hotel Burgwald

Hotel Burgwald is a 4-star hotel right next to the ski slope and offers beautiful panoramic views of the Oberlech Plateau and the Arlberg Massif. A Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a tepidarium and a range of massages are available in the newly renovated spa area.

The individually designed rooms of Hotel Burgwald are decorated with a lot of wood and warm, natural colors. Each room features a flat-screen TV, a seating area, and panoramic views of the surrounding forests and mountains. Most rooms also have a balcony.

The elegant restaurant serves international cuisine, as well as local dishes, and features an open fireplace. Characteristic Austrian desserts are also offered, including apple strudel and Sachertorte. Guests can also dine on the large sun terrace.

After you arrive at the Lech-Oberlech cable car by car, taxi or bus, the hotel takes care of your luggage and will bring it directly to your room. The parking garage is across the street.

You will receive a garage ticket for your car (if you bring one) and a complimentary ticket for the first romantic cable car ride to Oberlech (a 2-minute ride). From the top station, Hotel Burgwald is only a few footsteps away. Please inform Hotel Burgwald in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that in winter, the property can only be reached by cable car from Lech. The cable car to Oberlech and the hotel operates non-stop from 07:00 to 01:00. When guests own a ski pass, no extra fee has to be paid for the cable car.

The cable car is operational between 09:00 and 18:00 during the summer.
