Surrounded by 17 hectares of Kangaroo Island natural forest, Western KI Caravan Park offers air-conditioned accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV.

Visitors to Western KI Caravan Park & Wildlife Reserve can enjoy a hike through the forest surrounding the park. Many guests see Australian wildlife such as a koala, kangaroo or possum.

You are welcome to self-cater or use the shared kitchen and covered barbecue area. There are spacious shared bathroom facilities and a self-service laundry. Gas tank refills are available.

A seasonal on-site shop sells basic essential items, ice and fishing bait. A selection of Kangaroo Island wines are also available.

It is 10 minutes drive from the Flinders Chase National Park. The Cape du Couedic Lighthouse and Remarkable Rocks are both a 40-minute drive away. It is 7 km from swimming and fishing at Hanson Bay Beach. Please note that Western KI Caravan Park does not accept payments with American Express credit cards.

Please note there are no supermarkets in this area of Kangaroo Island, and stock is limited at the on-site kiosk. Guests are advised to bring food either from Penneshaw Kingscote or preferably from the mainland.
