It is a 5-minute walk to the start of the Rail Trail for bike riding or walking in scenic countryside. Please inform Goldfield Holiday Units in advance of your expected arrival time. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. A damage deposit of AUD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a prepayment will be charged at any time after the booking.

When booking for 2 persons, there will be an additional $35 fee charged to all reservations in two bedroom apartments where more than one bed is used. This will be charged directly with the property.
