Friendly staff Good position close to Eiffel Tower and two metro stations Front rooms on floor five and six have Eiffel Tower views beautiful bar lounge Liked the Nespresso machine Comfortable bed great shower There was a good value room service menu although we didn t use it as plenty of caf s nearby

What let the hotel down was although the bedroom and bathroom was very attractive it had a basic feel Open wardrobe had to ask for ironing board and iron no black tea or milk but strangely two green apples and two bottles of water Also no guest book on services For 270 a night felt it was overpriced

No tea or coffee making facilities Sign on bar fridge forbidding storing of non hotel goods in At 350 a night I will use it as I please Also again At tha s price wifi was an additional 10 per day

Booked room with standart double bed for me and my partner ended up sleeping on two single beds with two very thin single mattresses put together Did not sleep well for three nights

Very tidy rooms close to train station parklands river walks and Bercy restaurants

Thought adjoining rooms meant door between were actually adjacent rooms a little inconvenient with children

Location is superior Hotel looks freshly renovated and upgraded Very well equipped

As there are still some construction going on in surroundings the entrance to Hotel was not visible from Les Halles station Reception is really slow so be prepared to a waiting

Good location Disappointing that the train station was closed for renovations Would have been perfect as it was right in front of the hotel

The water for the shower was consistently changing from warm to extra hot to warm to cold to hot by itself Other than that it was an ok stay
