We stayed in a canal view room in the roof rafters it was extra characteristic and had real character Excellent

The room we had overlooked the shops and tramline great for people watching The room and bathroom were large with adequate storage There was a very well stocked minibar and also tea coffee making facilities Lots of plug sockets Breakfast was in lovely dining area and very plentiful with good choice Heating control in room was great Great location near to lots of attractions both walking and using tram Staff were very polite friendly and helpful Room was cleaned and tidied daily

The location the size cleanliness of our room and the staff were excellent
Our adult daughter was the very top room I can t remember the room number above the restaurant and when we checked in we assumed it was near our room as the numbers were very close The check in staff member should have explained where the room was AND how to get there It was very confusing
