Bed was super comfy room was spotless and staff extremely friendly and helpful

The queue for breakfast was a bit much

Location close to Parliament and Westminster Abbey cleanliness of the room the great view of London from the fitness center

An actual television instead of a combo television computer monitor

We stayed in the Queens suite which gave us access to the executive lounge very nice extra and the breakfast spread was yummy We also got given an extra cookie on our checkout

The bed wasn t comfortable at all and gave us both some pretty bad back ache after 3 days

The breakfast hot buffet was luke warm but the quality was good e g not your usual cheap sausages these had meat in them

Taxi service out the front was un organised I asked the conciege what the system was was told first come first served However others out front were telling me you had to book to get one round here So despite going back to conciege not getting any professional or helpful response we walked out to the milbank road hailed one down Far more reliable than the conciege marks out of 10 zero i m afraid Waitress a little on slow on uptake when i had to ask for milk twice for our coffee tea Eventually after walking up down the restaurant another waitress sorted it out

Good location by the Thames and near to the houses of parliament etc Great to walk to attractions Victoria Station Buckingham Palace The Serpentine all within 20 mins walk Great bar for late evening coffee and nightcaps

It s just a shame that the nearest tube station is Pimlico a good 10 15 minute walk away Taxis needed at night time

The hotel gave super delicious warm chocolate and nut cookies and mix healthy drinking water for guests at the lobby

The hotel is 10 to 15 minutes walk to the houses of parliament and big ben but a 30 to 40 mins walk to Piccadilly circus and regent street shopping belt Hotel toilet is small and no toothbrush and bathroom slippers are provided They will provide upon ask though

Good breakfast Room surprisingly quiet for London and it was possible to have the window open Proximity to Tate Britain and Pimlico tube

Room very small and cramped but only one night

Room was very quiet at night Water from shower was really hot Very comfortable bed Close to main attractions such as Big Ben Parliament Square etc

I thought breakfast was expensive at 21 pounds a day Problem is there is no restaurants near by that serve breakfast at that time of day
