The receptionist Julia and her manager Wesela were so very helpful for a complicated situation we had

Everything about the hotel is perfect

The central location for Covent Garden and the Savoy Theatre could not have been better and the hotel was warm and welcoming

Location of hotel was very good The rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful The breakfast was lovely as well

Wheelchair accessability could be improved There s a ramp to the side of the hotel but the doors into the hotel are very heavy and awkward to try open when on your own with the wheelchair

Good little double room with all that you d expect

Receptionist lacked interest in her job or me Signposting to my room at the quiet back of the 3rd floor was very very poor

Option of which floor I preferred and able to checkin early Bed comfy and good biscuits and 2 bottles of water in room Shutters on Windows helped me have a better sleep as blocked out light Fan in room a godsend as weather very hot

Noisy work opposite room and shower screen rather dirty at bottom

Ideally situated for Covent Garden Oxford st etc

Staff in dining room need to learn to have manners and smile Breakfast certainly wasn t delicious a 4cup cafeti re for a 30seater dining room is ridiculous Yes rooms small but adequate as not in room much anyway

Terrible management and service Let me list the ways A C was advertised as part of he room but actually broken during or entire stay The staff promised it would be fixed the next day but never was We were given two fans that did not cool our room right next to the kitchen downstairs We asked to move rooms but the staff promised they would look into it but never followed through They took our large bath towels one day and replaced them with hand towels because they did not get their laundry delivery Our ironing board had a burned cover Basically we should have gotten a discount or even a full refund for this awful experience

The location was good 15 minute walk to dumo tramp stations so close and take it easily the room is fantastic so clean and comfortable The breakfast was very good

The room was a little bit cold

Very comfy room with everything one would expect from a good hotel ie water provided robes slippers tea coffee making tray easy to use shower with bath mat already in room usually have to ask Was upgraded to an executive room which was a treat

Rather noisy as near the lift and sound insulation from corridor wasn t very efficient The view from the window was rather grim with a frosted lower half and wooden shutters for privacy but to be fair we did ask for a quiet room away from The Strand
