The main areas such as reception and restaurant Breakfast was fine Rooms are clean Good Location

I was located in room 2913 in the Tower There is defiantly the need for a refurbishment Even the layout of the room and the corridors they are NOT Hilton standard I would have expected much better from a Hilton The common areas such as the reception area and restaurant were vey up to standard though However the pictures on booking com did also include the kind of room that I was in and therefore I was not surprised with the outcome

Comfy beds

Rooms are tiny Work on the hotel meant that me and a friend had to get 2 separate rooms Fire alarm going off during the night for an hour Cleaning staff came into room when the do not disturb sign was hanging while we were out Dirty towels were taken but none were replaced had to ask reception for them we also had no water for our first night stay

Clever design fabulous location brilliant staff The small touches made all the difference Great value for money and fabulous service

Gymnasium could be larger

A very spacious hotel Helpful staff Staff in the bar were very accommodating with my young children Felt very comfortable and welcome as a family with a 1 and 3 year old

1st room we were sent to stunk of cigarette smoke 2nd room the window wouldn t close fully so we could here every thing going on in the streets

3 main points 1 On the arrival the hotel staff told that the hotel is fully booked and they will find me a room in other hotel but after I refused they give me a room I think i read also this comment in the review 2 On the second night I found mouse in the room the hotel apologiesd for that and they gave me another room It seems to me that it wasn t time it happened 3 The room is very small it was difficult to move between bed and bags

upon arrival we were given an option of a basement room or a tiny room on the 2nd floor as the receptionist had no availability felt like because we booked through booking com they didn t care the bed was tiny not a double bed in between a single and double my boyfriend is 6ft 4 and of a stocky build so we struggled to sleep
