Centrally located in the heart of beautiful Cotton Tree in Maroochydore, Rovera Apartments Maroochydore is only 10 km from Sunshine Coast Airport and 30 km from Noosa.

Each apartment is air-conditioned and includes a large sunny balcony, some with views of the ocean or river. All fully equipped kitchens have a dishwasher, microwave and kitchenware.

The spacious lounge/dining areas include cable TV, DVD player and a stereo system. Private laundry facilities are also provided and there is elevator access to all floors. Free WiFi is available.

The tour desk can arrange tickets to Steve Irwins Australia Zoo. Guests can enjoy fishing, swimming, surfing and watersports such as sailing, kite surfing, windsurfing and canoeing. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that reception hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 09:00 until 17:00 Saturday 09:00 until 15:00 Sunday 09:00 until 12:00

It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
