Very disappointed in the room which I was told was upgraded Breakfast certainly not exceptional very little choice of fresh fruit you really do fall down compared to hotels in other parts of the world Having to pay extra for wifi is ridiculous wouldn t do it at a supposedly 4 star hotel

The room we were given looked better than your pictures Staff were amazingly helpful and when we left I felt as though good friends were saying good bye to us Very personalised service Superb breakfasts
