Good location

Staff was not very polite and useful They charge the whole amount of your stay plus a certain fee to guarantee their payment No trust for customers Rooms do not get much light You do not feel comfortable as they try to make money from everything Very expensive parking

The staff was very friendly and helpful Quiet in the room Luggage storage room is safe and spacious Wasn t too difficult to get to the city sights but I believe the staff could have a list of tips about local transport

The double bed made of two separate beds and mattresses Not convenient for a couple No water teapot in the room The shower hose was leaking Wi Fi signal is very poor

Great breakfast selection and right by the metro

never have seen such a difference in quality of space in common spaces and rooms the common spaces are grandios stylish luxurious excellent the room though definitely needs urgent renovation wi fi impossible furniture like 70s bad style small room worn carpet faucet in the bath making noise from drops of water all night

The warm welcome from the commissionaire and the helpful staff Being able to see the river and the snug warm comfort of the room and fitments and fixture The bathroom shower and wash basin were of the expected standard and the whole was comparable favourably to our last stay before the facelift took place

We ate elsewhere as booking for evening dinner was only evailable very late in the night Breakfast was very expensive so again we dined out Browns of St Martins Lane did a complete breakfast for 10 10 and was very acceptable

Beautifully decorated comfortable but homely most enjoyable stay we also ate in the Savoy Grill and the food was superb staff were excellent

there was nothing negative on our stay

Did exactly what it said on the tin Decent value decent proximity to both the hotel and the airport Overall a good stop off point

Air conditioning not working or fixed for three days we were there the hotel was like an oven Pillows one and one without a cover were awful Bed felt like I was at sea No tea and coffee in the room breakfast was poor range no fresh juice concentrate that had to be watered down No bar or facilities ironing board the size of a child s play thing Some guests arrived same time as me and got a refund and walked out I waited for a lift with my bags and also a family with a buggy We waited for ten minutes and it didn t come so I walked down two flights with heavy bags I was embarrassed that our client guests stayed there with us I walked in first day and the guy behind reception was far more interested in his paperwork than even saying hello If the window shut in your room there was no key to open and I had to find a grumpy housekeeper to open again I felt like I had done something wrong Have you ever watched Fawlty Towers well this place must be the re make of the TV series

Everything is just beautiful about the place A fantastic treat The most comfortable bed we have ever slept in

The hotel is a little out of step with the rest of the world re the provision of wifi At such a fabulous place wifi should be available in abundance to all guests without having to go through any rigmarole After our journey was looking forward to a cup of tea in our room but no kettle or facilities I m capable of making a cup of tea I don t need you to bring it to me
