Staff are very friendly the bed is fabulous and the room was spacious and quiet

Internet was not working

The bed is very comfortable I like the pantry

The lobby entrance of the hotel is not very welcoming The carpets were dirty

Lovely rooms good staff Our usual go to hotel in London

The bar has been ruined by three massive TV screens drinks were a little disappointing and the great railway prints removed to make way for mediocre art Definitely some missteps since it was taken over that need arresting

The room was beautiful the members of staff were fantastic

Really central location 5 mins walk from train and tube 10 mins walk to tower bridge Staff really helpful Safe and fridge in room always a great bonus

It was a stopover Very close to Liverpool street station Very clean modern and comfortable good shower Very pleasant sraff and very welcome tea coffee and snacks free

Room and bathroom absolutely tiny too small for a couple No room for a chair so clothes ended up on floor hanging space drop was too short for even a shirt nowhere for a case
