Group bookings of more than 5 rooms are subject to the following special conditions:

- a prepayment of 50% of the total amount of your stay will be requested at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. Extra charges must be paid on site.

- Cancellation is free until 90 days before the arrival date. Between 90 and 30 days before arrival, a 50% cancellation fee applies. For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, the total amount of the reservation must be paid.
