Breakfast coffee was excellent The staff were very pleasant polite and courteous

There was no bar and restaurant was never open in the evenings Would have been nice to have somewhere to sit and relax in the evenings

We have had a very warm welcome by Marco Colombo after a long drive from Rome to Milan He gave us a wonderful room 308 which we enjoyed very much After a short stay of one night we had to leave but we will definitely come back Thank you Marco

Room was small and the shower was broken I find it a bit overpriced for what they have to offer

Upgraded to a quirky suite Lots of nooks and crannies and no dust anywhere

Bed had a wooden surround that made it very uncomfortable to get in and out of bed Needs to be redesigned Reception area has been relocated and was quite chaotic when checking in and out Too small an area needs a rethink

Location to the station

The reception staff were dreadful Very rude and you were not treated at all with a smile You were made to feel that anything you asked was too much for them I was not the only person to notice Shame

5 hotel by anyone s standards Pay 150 extra to upgrade to suite 1026 Huge room with very high ceiling Swanky modern bathroom Waterfall shower separate WC with door and good sized bath 2 basins and excellent quality toiletries Well stocked minibar and good snack selection Excellent tea and coffee facilities Dam Square is right out the window yet there is no noise Modern decoration and air conditioning Top of the range 42 TV and BOSE Bluetooth speaker in room LED lighting throughout Staff were very professional and friendly Check in was a breeze
