Located at 1,200 metres above sea level, the hotel is right next to the hiking trails in summer and the ski slope in winter.

From mid-May to mid-October, the Zell am See-Kaprun Sommercard is included in the rate and offers free access to local cable cars, lifts and buses as well as other benefits in the region. If you travel by car, snow chains are recommended in snowy conditions.
