The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of BRL 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Brazilian guests must provide their CPF number to confirm the reservation.

Please note that a charge fee of R$30 will be aplied for the entry of alcoholic beverages.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
