The Casablanca Residencial is 800 metres from the centre of Alcocebre, where there are various bars, shops and restaurants. The Sierra de Irta Natural Park is within 5 km of the complex and is ideal for walking. Valencia is less than 90 minutes away by car. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Key collection will take place at Casa Azahar, avenida de las Fuentes 11, between 16:00 and 19:00.

Clients must leave the kitchen area clean, in addition to taking out the garbage. If this is not fulfilled there will be a penalty of 25 euros in the deposit.
